With our 1 percent loan program you can have the freedom to choose what type of payment you want to make for the month. Starting with a rate of 1 percent, this program gives you 4 different options to choose from starting with the minimum payment; covering part of your interest rate, full interest payment, principal and interest payment amortized over 30 or 40 years, and lastly the full principal and interest payment amortized over 15 years.
